Yes! You can use your social media like normal. We are merely posting on your behalf.

No. Everything is done inhouse from our Hertfordshire offices. Feel free to drop in and meet your designated Social Media Consultant.

How many followers or likes will I get?

This will depend heavily on the business or product and is hard to predict.

Before engaging our services, we will provide estimates on a per case basis.

What is in your weekly report?

Each Friday you will receive an update on current followers, rates of engagement, and the planned postings for the following week. You will also be able to see the top performing posts for the week.

How can you manage my social media if you don’t know my business? 

Before we start our work together you fill out a detailed survey which will give us all the information we need. We will also research your business online, as well as a conduct a detailed competitor analysis.

If location permits, your designated Social Media Consultant will also visit your business to meet you and your team.

Do you have contracts?

No, we don’t believe in them. All our plans are month to month.
